Polyester Powder Coating Powder is made of excellent pure polyester resin, curing agent, various high-quality pigments, fillers and additives by melt extrusion and grinding.

Characteristics of Polyester Powder Coating Powder:

3. Good heat resistance, not easy to yellowing during baking.

Specific gravity: 1.2 ~ 1.8 (depending on type and color)

Horizontal fluidity (180 ℃): 22 ~ 35mm

Particle size distribution: 100% less than 125 μ m, more than 85% between 60 ~ 90 μ M

Curing conditions of Polyester Powder Coating Powder

200 ℃ (workpiece temperature) for 10 minutes

Average coating rate of Polyester Powder Coating Powder

Under the condition of 100% powder utilization and 80 μ m film thickness, the powder loading rate can reach 9-12 m2 / kg.

Road marker posts, automotive industry, transportation equipment: accessories or hubs for automobiles and motorcycles, bicycle body and road isolation barriers, air conditioner housings and gas stove boards, garden appliances, handrails and fences, agricultural equipment and electric poles, etc

Construction method of Polyester Powder Coating Powder:

Suitable for high voltage electrostatic spraying.

Spraying voltage 50-90kv, spraying pressure 0.1-0.2mpa, distance between spray gun and workpiece 200-300mm

Curing conditions: 190-200 / 10-20 min. other curing conditions can also be provided according to customer requirements

Repair: take different measures for different situations: 1. When the requirements are not high, take the same color of oil

Repair, 2 when the requirements are higher, use sandpaper to polish the leakage and the entire surface coating, and then re-enter spray and solidify.
