Construction conditions

Curing conditions

Standard curing: 200 ℃ / 15-20 minutes (the solid temperature of the workpiece helps to fully cure the coating)

Pretreatment

The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned, degreased and embroidered. Using iron phosphating or zinc phosphating of higher standard can further improve the corrosion protection ability.

Spray

Corona electrostatic spraying; friction electrostatic spraying; electrostatic fluidization spraying (requirements must be put forward first); fluidized bed hot dip coating (requirements must be put forward first); other spraying methods (requirements must be put forward first)
