Dip coating process of thermoplastic powder coating:
(1) Preheat the processed workpiece to 280 ± 20 ℃ (the specific temperature depends on the work piece requirements).
(2) Immerse the preheated workpiece in the fluidized bed for 8 s, take it out, plasticize and level it at 180 ± 10 ℃ for 6 ± 2 min, and then cool it with cold air or cold water.
