Silicon oxygen bond is the main chain in the silicone resin. When silicone resin is used alone, the intermolecular force is small, the adhesion is poor and the price is high; On the premise of meeting the relevant functions, the appropriate silicone resin is generally added to the resin to deal with the problem of temperature resistance.

In a certain range of high temperature resistant powder coatings, the greater the dosage of silicone resin, the longer the service life and heat resistance time of the coating film. It is said in some literatures that when the dosage of a certain silicone resin is added from 0.1 to 0.3, the heat resistance time of the coating film increases from about 50h to 100h.

The heat source of industrial high temperature environment is mainly the burning of various fuels (such as coal, oil, natural gas, gas, etc.), and the rotation conflict of machinery (such as motor, machine tool, grinding wheel, electric saw, etc.), which turns mechanical energy into heat energy and chemical reaction partly from heat. Generally speaking, the heat resistance of data is above 250 ℃. At this time, if the data can not be well used and protected, the damage of heat attack will be immeasurable.
