Direct Yellow G is an orange powder, which is diazotized by DSD acid and coupled with two molecules of phenol, and then converted to ethoxy groups on the phenol by ethyl chloride. Direct Yellow G nature:

2）Direct Yellow G dyes cellulosic fibers with good dye exhaustion performance, maximum affinity at 40°C and good discharge performance.

Uses of Direct Yellow G:

Direct Yellow G is mainly used for dyeing of cellulose fiber fabrics such as cotton, linen, viscose, rayon, rayon, silk, nylon and other fabrics and dyeing of blended fabrics. It can also be used for dyeing of leather, pulp, and biology. As well as making lakes and pigments.

When the concentrated solution of Direct Yellow G is cooled, there is a jelly-like precipitation, so it is called jelly. It is red and green lotus color in concentrated sulfuric acid solution, and turns into green lotus color after dilution or produces red light blue precipitate. The maximum absorption wavelength is 389nm.
