Preparation of Reactive Dark Blue M-2GE:

Reactive Blue 194 is obtained by diazotizing p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid, coupling with H acid, and then coupling with 2,4-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid and the diazonium compound of the condensation product of trimer and meta ester.

Uses of Reactive Dark Blue M-2GE:

Reactive Dark Blue M-2GE is suitable for exhaustion dyeing of cotton and viscose fibers, especially suitable for one-bath dyeing of polyester cotton, polyester viscose and disperse dyes.

The dyeing temperature of Reactive Dark Blue M-2GE is 40℃, and the fixing temperature is 60℃.

Performance of Reactive Dark Blue M-2GE application:

The dye and fiber rely on the subvalence of strength to make the dye easy to "stick" on the surface of the fiber, which increases the probability of reaction with the fiber. In addition, the -OH, -NH2 on the reactive dark blue B-2GLN can form hydrogen bonds with the fiber, and one end of the reactive group forms a covalent bond with the hydroxyl group on the cellulose, and the crosslinking effect is tight, which effectively improves the anti-pilling of Tencel Performance, but it also makes Tencel feel hard.
