Vat Yellow GCN

Vat Yellow GCN, also known as Vat Yellow 2, Ashlin Yellow, is a yellowish-brown powder. It is a yellow dye with good levelling properties and a particularly bright color. Vat Yellow GCN is insoluble in water and ethanol. Vat Yellow GCN is yellow when dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid, while Vat Yellow GCN is purple when dissolved in alkaline sodium hydroxide solution.
