2. Curing Conditions of Powder Coating for Die Casting Parts
Standard curing:180℃ (workpiece temperature) for 15-20min
Low temperature curing: 160℃ (workpiece temperature) for 15min
Quick curing: 200℃ (workpiece temperature) for 3min
Pre-treatment: Different pre-treatment for different substrates (phosphating treatment, sandblasting treatment, shot peening treatment)
Spraying: Corona electrostatic spraying, if special spraying method is used, please inform in advance
Theoretical coverage: 8-10 square meters/kg film thickness of 60 microns varies according to type and color
