Proportion: 1.2-1.7g/cm3 (depending on formula and color)

Curing conditions of outdoor powder coating

180 ℃ (workpiece temperature) for 15-20 minutes; or 200 ℃ (workpiece temperature) for 10 minutes

Average coverage of outdoor powder coating

Under the condition of powder utilization rate of 100% and film thickness of 80 μ m, the powder loading rate can reach 9-12 m2 / kg.

Type of Powder Coating

It can be provided with standard curing and low temperature curing, Outdoor Powder Coating can be made into various luster and colorful color texture

(1) Series high gloss (more than 80%), Series semi gloss (80-20%), Series matte (less than 20%). According to the specific requirements of customers control deployment.

(2) In addition, with special additives, it can be made into different colors and textures, such as plane, sand, wrinkle, mesh, continuous, hammer, turtle, crack, dot, stone like, metal effect (gold / silver), antique and other art texture products.
