1) Preheat the processed workpiece for 280 minutes ± 20 ℃ (the specific temperature depends on the requirements of the workpiece).
2) Immerse the preheated workpiece in the fluidized bed for 8s and take it out ± Plasticizing and leveling at 10 ℃ for 6 hours ± 2 min after cooling by cold air or cold water.
3) Color: red, green, black, white, gray, blue, etc【Special colors can be customized】
4) The mesh number is 50, and the green one is our largest production.

Storage Conditions of Thermoplastic Powder Coatings:

Polyester powder coating should be stored in a dry and ventilated room below 35 ℃ and avoid direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must be stored at room temperature or the same temperature as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture regain. Under this condition, the powder can be stored stably for 12 months. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.
Note: for low temperature curing type and gloss in 40% (60%) °） The best storage temperature is below 30 ℃.
