Under the action of electrostatic force and carrier gas, the powder is sprayed evenly to the guide rod The surface of the workpiece forms a uniform powder layer, which is then heated and solidified into a durable coating.

(3) Check immediately after powder spraying. If any defect is found, it should be dealt with in time. If any defect is found after curing, its small scale is only partial and does not affect the whole. The surface decoration of the coating can be repaired by diluting the same color powder with acetone. If the large scale affects the surface quality, it should be polished with sandpaper, sprayed again or removed with paint remover, and then re coated with Suo powder.
