Raw materials for the production of zinc oxide

-
Zinc mine;
-
Zinc calcine: It
is produced from zinc ore and is the product of zinc concentrate after
roasting. It mainly contains zinc oxide, zinc sulfate, zinc sulfide, etc. It is
mainly used for zinc smelting and is the most important raw material for zinc
smelting.
-
Zinc ingot:
0#~5# zinc, 0# zinc is the best, arranged in order, 3# (including 3#) is called
crude zinc afterwards, and the essence of crude zinc is zinc slag. 0# and 1#
are extracted from zinc ore, and 2# is less involved and is basically the
defective product of zinc ore.
-
Zinc dross:
during the production process of galvanizing enterprises, there will be zinc
ingots of slightly poor quality that sink to the bottom of the pot, which is
zinc slag, which is divided into scum and bottom dross. Zinc slag is mainly
produced by galvanized sheet enterprises. Among them, the zinc dross produced
by the plated plate and the plated pushpin must be good for the galvanized
plate (the quality of the plated large pieces is better than the plated small
pieces of zinc dross), and the scum and the bottom dross are good; Monthly
fishing or half-month fishing (referring to the frequency of galvanized sheet
companies salvaging the bottom zinc slag), half-month fishing is better.
Therefore, there are many factors influencing the quality of zinc slag, and the
specific conditions are treated specifically.
-
Zinc ash: zinc
slag after oxidation.
-
Secondary zinc
oxide: It is the material attached to the side of the pot during the zinc oxide
firing process. Its purpose is to further process electrolytic zinc or zinc
oxide, and some are also used for replacement.
-
Zinc powder:
Literally speaking, the zinc ingot is made into powder. The actual products are
divided into metal zinc powder and electric furnace zinc powder. Metal zinc
powder is physically crushed by zinc ingot, and electric furnace zinc powder is
produced after electrolysis of zinc ingot. Classified by particle size.
