The purpose of Disperse Red 1:
Disperse Red 1 is mainly used for dyeing polyester fiber
(polyester), acetate fiber (diacetate, triacetate) and polyamide fiber (nylon)
in chemical fibers, and has a small amount of application for polyacrylonitrile
(acrylic).
The chemical fiber textile products printed and dyed by
the disperse dye Disperse Red 1 have bright colors, excellent washing fastness
and a wide range of uses. Because it is insoluble in water, it has no ability
to dye cotton, hemp, wool and silk in natural fibers, and it has almost no
staining on viscose fibers. Therefore, chemical fiber blended products usually
need to use Disperse Red 1 in conjunction with other applicable dyes. .

Disperse Red 1 storage method: packed in iron drum lined
with plastic bag, stored in a ventilated, dry, cool warehouse, moisture-proof
and sun-proof.
Disperse Red 1 synthesis method: p-nitroaniline is
diazotized and coupled with N-ethyl-N-hydroxyethyl aniline, then filtered,
washed with water, ground, and dried to obtain the original dye.
